Continuing our roots of coffee roasting, we have decided to place a brand on our "brand less" coffee from our company. Iconic is born from our desire to excel in our heritage of coffee roasting.

We love the smell of fresh grinding coffee wafting through the house (or coffee shop), as the grounds are prepared for extraction, releasing invigorating odors of strong chocolate mocha, rich scent of caramelized syrup but nutty undertones, giving a robust, satisfying and comforting smell that automatically makes us want for a cup.
That is what our coffee is all about, capturing the precise moment where the coffee becomes absolutely caramelized from the roast, but not overtoasted. The sweet balance between where the coffee would still be slight to almost no acidity, not bitter but bitter-sweet and roasted towards the optimal profile, where it transitions its chemistry to the perfect coffee profile.
